OR HB 2005 Self-Manufacturing Ban Challenge Potential Plaintiffs

Your Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) Legal Action Team is urgently looking for qualified FPC members and supporters in your area who wish to sue the government and help us defeat Oregon's HB 2005 self manufacture ban. For this lawsuit, we are looking for the following:

Location: Oregon

Age: 21 and older

Issue: Currently possesses banned items under OR HB 2005 and would like to retain them AND/OR would like to self-manufacture firearms (e.g., AR-15 rifles, handguns based on popular commercial designs) for lawful purposes on or after 9/1/2024 but won't for fear of enforcement of the ban. In addition, we are looking for a retailer who would like to sell banned items but cannot due to fear of enforcement of the ban.
